CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Eva Hill (eva.hill@duke.edu) or by fax (919-668-7114 - Attn: Eva Hill).
Registration cancellations received on or before March 26 will be fully refunded minus a processing fee of 3%. Cancellations from March 27–April 15 will be subject to a $100 charge and processing fee of 3%. Cancellations received after April 15 will not be refunded.
In the unlikely event the program is canceled or postponed, we will not be responsible for any travel costs or expenses, including cancellation/change penalties assessed by airlines, travel agencies or hotels.

Room Rates
Rooms are $230 a night plus applicable state tax of 16%. The ACS room block will be held until April 15, 2010, but may sell out prior to this date. We advise you to register for the program and reserve your lodging as soon as possible.
When you make your reservation, please be sure to ask about early departure fees or cancellation penalties.

Shuttle service to Gaylord National is available for $18 per passenger each way (or $32 for round trip). For reservations, call 800-660-8000, or upon arriving at baggage claim follow signs to Super Shuttle, which runs every 20 minutes from 6:00 am–8:00 pm.
From either Dulles International (IAD) or Baltimore/Washington (BWI)
